If you selected No Proof, your artwork will move directly to production once it's complete.
Once production is complete, your order will ship and you'll receive tracking information by email.

Your design is created from the photos you provide—please upload images that reflect the pose, angle, and expression you’d like illustrated. Multiple photos are welcome.

Artwork: 2–10 business days

Production: 2–7 business days

Orders with Proof begin production after artwork approval.
Orders with No Proof move directly to production once the artwork is complete.

Shipping estimates begin once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order is on its way.

Because every item is custom made to order, personalized products are considered final sale. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order by contacting us at hello@thecatlab.co.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. Once confirmed, we'll provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
