We turn your pet's photo into a clean, hand-drawn illustration and print it using GreenGuard UL-certified inks on scratch- and water-resistant paper. Add up to four pets to one roll, choose the length you need, and pick a matte or satin finish depending on the look you're going for.

If you selected Proof, we'll email your artwork proof to the email address used at checkout within 2–10 business days. You can request unlimited revisions before approving your artwork for production.
If you selected No Proof, your artwork will move directly to production once it's complete.
Once production is complete, your order will ship and you'll receive tracking information by email.

Orders with Proof begin production after artwork approval.
Orders with No Proof move directly to production once the artwork is complete.

Shipping estimates begin once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order is on its way.

Because every item is custom made to order, personalized products are considered final sale. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order by contacting us at hello@thecatlab.co.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. Once confirmed, we'll provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
