Artists at TheCatLab create a custom, hand-drawn design for every order. All items are made to order, and production typically takes 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Orders that include a proof will not begin production until the proof is approved.

Estimated shipping times:

  • U.S. (continental): 2–5 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories: please allow 7–12 business days

Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

Since each item is custom and made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellations & Refunds:

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing the.cat.lab.etsy@gmail.com

After 24 hours: If artwork has not been started → full refund. If artwork has been completed → refund minus a $20 artwork fee.

Once an order enters production, no changes can be made (including design details or shipping address).

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

If there are any concerns with an order, please reach out and every effort will be made to make it right.
